New LIDER Initiative Aims to Empower Latino Business Leaders Across North Central Massachusetts

A new chapter in regional economic development is taking shape as the North Central Massachusetts Chamber of Commerce launches LIDER, an initiative created to connect, support, and empower Latino business owners, professionals, and community leaders throughout North Central Massachusetts.

More than just another networking group, LIDER represents a long-term commitment to ensuring that one of the region's fastest-growing business communities has greater access to leadership opportunities, educational resources, strategic partnerships, and the relationships needed to help businesses thrive. The initiative reflects the Chamber's continued efforts to create a more inclusive and representative business environment across the region.
